1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order has been placed and processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you need to make changes immediately after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to assist you, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only available under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during transit
  • You received the wrong product
  • An item is missing from your order

We do not offer refunds or replacements for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product’s taste or results, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.


3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To submit a request:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
    • Images of the packaging, including the shipping label

This information helps us verify your claim and process it promptly.


4. Verification & Processing Timeline

  • Once your request and images have been reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund or replacement.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If a replacement is approved, it will be shipped as soon as processing is complete.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Opened or unsealed products
  • Used items
  • Products that appear tampered with
  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery

We also do not accept returns of perishable health supplements unless they meet the conditions stated above.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, shipping charges may apply for resending the order. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
